Pathways residences and programs have helped hundreds of individuals cope with the trauma of long-term mental illness and they depend upon the generosity of supporters like you.

   With your gift, our PATHWAYS clients will find their place in this world. Your dollars contribute directly to:

  • developing rehabilitative day programs, which enable many clients to remain at home with their families;
  • maintaining four supported homes which provide inspiring community life for 38 residents; and
  • funding our case management program, which creates individualized rehabilitative programs, the key ingredient in our thriving community.

Matching Gifts

Did you know you can double or triple your gift to Pathways if you and/or your spouse work for a company with a matching gift program? If your gift qualifies for matching funds, please obtain the appropriate paperwork from your employer.

Thank you for supporting Pathways, the only non-profit in Greenwich providing housing and a day program for adults with severe and long-term mental illnesses. Your kind donation will help Pathways continue to provide a community of support, encouragement and engagement for our clients. Through our education and rehabilitative programs, our clients are finding lives of meaning and purpose and have become contributing members of our community. At Pathways, we adhere to a code of ethics and abide by the Donor Bill of Rights that is approved by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). Pathways is a Guide Star Gold Exchange member.

If you would like to make a donation by check, please send to Pathways, 175 Milbank Avenue, Greenwich CT 06830.

Legacy Circle

Become a Path Forward Legacy leader through your bequest and ensure that the Pathways ‘heroes’ will have a community for years to come.

Back in 1981, a small group of parents joined together to create meaningful lives for their children with severe and prolonged mental illness. Their passion and commitment created Pathways and a framework of support and security for the young adults they love so much. Pathways has since brought hope and support to over 1000 people suffering from mental illness in our community, those we call our ‘heroes’.

Members of the Pathways Path Forward Legacy Circle demonstrate exceptional foresight and generosity by providing future support for the work Pathways does to provide the most vulnerable members of our community, our heroes, a path forward and secure place in this world.A gift through your will, trust, retirement or life insurance plan can give vital support to vulnerable people for generations to come. Please consider leaving a bequest to Pathways in your will, perhaps as a memorial or in honor of a family member. By doing so and informing us of your intentions, you will help ensure the future of Pathways and become a pioneer member of the Pathways Path Forward Legacy Circle. There are many ways to give, and

  • You don’t have to be wealthy to make a significant gift.
  • You can make a gift that costs nothing during your lifetime.
  • You can receive guaranteed payments for life in return for your gift.

People of all ages and backgrounds are making a difference in the lives of people in our community and in their own lives.To learn more about planned giving programs or how to join the Pathways Path Forward Legacy Circle, please call Peter Tesei, Executive Director, Pathways at (203) 869-5656.
