Chef Bio: Jamie Sparks
Jamie Sparks is a classically trained chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2006. With over 17 years of professional culinary experience, she has honed her skills in Michelin-starred restaurants, on private yachts, and in luxury safari lodges across Africa, including the renowned Camp Nomade in Chad and Ol Jogi in Kenya. Jamie has a deep passion for sustainable cooking, which led her to publish the cookbook Cooking for Conservation, with all profits benefiting African Parks Network, an organization dedicated to protecting Africa’s natural landscapes and wildlife.
Currently, Jamie works as a private chef for two families in Old Greenwich, CT.
